Travel Mode or nearby events are not updating
For your current area, allow location access and tap “Refresh my area.” For a trip, open Travel Mode, enter a city and state, and wait for the confirmation naming the destination. The heading, map label, and distance-sorted results should all move to that area. Widen the radius if no verified event is currently published nearby.
Roof weather is not updating
Allow location access, then tap “Refresh my area.” Travel Mode also lets the weather card use a chosen destination without publishing that location to chapters or members.
Marketplace safety or an objectionable listing
Use Report on the listing. Signed-in website members can also use Block seller to hide that seller's listings. Repeated reports automatically remove a listing from public browsing for review. Signed-in members can use Ask seller and Messages for the private in-app relay; it does not reveal account email addresses. Do not move the conversation to an outside link, send payment before inspection, meet at a private home, or place phone numbers, emails, plates, VINs, exact addresses, or outside links in a listing. Either participant can use Block inside a conversation to stop all replies.
Rig Passport and Trail Match
Trail Match compares organizer-published requirements with the Rig Passport stored on your device. Marketplace can use the same profile to compare seller-stated fitment with your saved Jeep. A seller-stated match is not a manufacturer confirmation. Neither tool guarantees trail safety or part fitment. Verify current conditions, organizer rules, measurements, and official requirements.
Personal ride draft or shared Ride Command?
The Trail Match screen can lock a personal draft only on your current device; it is not uploaded and other Jeepers cannot see it. To coordinate a crew, sign in on the website, open an invite-only chapter, and choose Ride Command. Organizers can build a draft and lock it after the staging point, route, leaders, radio, requirements, safety plan, and weather call are complete. Active chapter members can then view the private ride sheet and join the crew.
Wrangler ID cannot open the camera
Open iPhone Settings, choose That's Ducked Up, and allow Camera access. You can also select an existing photo. Images are processed only on your device.
Private chapters
Invite-only chapters, shared Ride Command, and virtual ducking remain available on the website while native sign-in and full user-generated-content moderation are prepared for a future iPhone release.
Account and privacy
The iPhone app does not require an account. Website members can use Account controls to permanently delete their account, Marketplace listings, private message threads, safety preferences, and associated chapter content. In the iPhone app, open My Space and choose Clear local app data to erase saved events, Rig Passport details, ride drafts, and Easter-egg progress from that device. Location and camera access can also be revoked in iPhone Settings.
